1. What Dogventure is

Dogventure suggests dog walking routes, trailheads and optional stops using mapping providers and community input. Suggestions are informational only. You are responsible for deciding whether a route, surface, stop or meetup is safe for you and your dog.

2. No safety guarantee

Route conditions change constantly. Traffic, closures, surface quality, lighting, heat, wildlife and whether a business actually welcomes dogs can all differ from what we show. Dog-friendliness labels reflect provider data or community reports, not verification by Dogventure. Always check conditions before and during a walk.

3. Your account

You need an accurate email to create an account, you must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login details private.

4. Free and Plus plans

Free includes a monthly allowance of generated routes and adventures plus all safety information. Dogventure Plus is a recurring subscription with higher allowances and extra planning features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues to the end of the paid period. Allowances reset monthly and unused allowance does not carry over.

5. Community content

Pinned strolls, place feedback and walk details you publish are visible to other users. Do not post exact home addresses, other people's personal details, harassment or anything unlawful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we honour reports and blocks.

6. Meetups

Scheduled walks, invites and join requests connect you with other people in the real world. Dogventure does not screen users or dogs. Meet in public places, use your own judgement about dog temperament, and follow local leash and cleanup laws.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract route, place or user data, do not attempt to bypass plan limits, and do not interfere with the service or its providers.

8. Liability

Dogventure is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from walks, routes, stops or meetups you choose to undertake. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions or requests can be sent from the account section of your profile.
